Even though it was a busy summer Saturday in Downtown Wilmington, you wouldn’t have known it during their ceremony. Things were empty and quiet in the courtyard of the Alton Lennon Federal Building. This was the perfect location for Christina and Josh’s romantic elopement. This location embodied both beautiful architecture and waterfront beauty, which were on the top of Christina’s wish list for their wedding ceremony.
