Weddings are a complex thing, stemming from a simple concept of two people devoting themselves to each other for a lifetime. My love for weddings comes from my desire to create beauty and capture fleeting moments. Each time I am given the privilege to photograph a wedding, on a personal level I gain a better understanding of not only myself, but what marriage is. There is something truly special about witnessing couples devote themselves to each other and starting a new journey together. Needless to say, photographing those intensely special moments is something I greatly cherish.

In 2010, I married the man of my dreams, one year later; I photographed my first wedding and established my wedding photography business. In all of the weddings I have photographed, I have met extraordinary people and traveled to unique and beautiful destinations. Qualifications

I’m a proud member of Professional Photographers of America, as well as The Wedding Portrait Society. In 2008, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with majors in Art and Anthropology. My focus within my Art major was graphic design. While at UNCC, I studied a full breadth of other fine art areas including photography. I have liability insurance and will present my business license upon request. Based out of Sanford, North Carolina (just south of Raleigh), a short drive from all major cities in North Carolina. Traveling is another passion of mine and I would be happy to discuss destination weddings as well.
